TAMBOR, Iser Peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital, October 24, 2009 after a courageous struggle with cancer. Iser survived many difficult years and then through perseverance built a good life for his family in Canada. Beloved husband of Rywa and cherished father of Morris (Susie) and Henry (Joyce). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Hannah and Jonathan. Lovingly remembered by his surviving sister Helen and her husband Jack and their children Siggy, Joel and Mel; Iser will also be remembered by dear nephews and nieces, as well as extended family in Canada, Israel and the USA. Iser's family and friends are grateful for the excellent medical care he received. Thanks to the physicians and nurses of Oncology and Anesthesiology at the Jewish General Hospital with a special gratitude to the orderlies, nurses, staff and doctors of Pall iative Care at the Jewish. We are very grateful to Dr. Caplan (Oncology) and will always remember the human touch of Dr. Chang's palliative care. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Monday, October 26 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Young Israel of Val Royal Congregation section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duverney.
