Jeanette YAKUBOW

WICENTOWICH, Jeanette (nee Yakubow) January 8, 1913 - October 19, 2009 Our precious Mother passed away peacefully with grace and dignity on Monday, October 19, 2009 at the age of 96 years. Jeanette will be lovingly remembered by her children; two daughters and two sons, Phyllis Napora (Walter Shelley), Ray (Susanne), Myron (Mary Ann) and Marlene (Don) Chetek. She will also be missed by her nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, along with her dear sister, Winnie Zakordonski. Jeanette was predeceased by her husband Lloyd in 1983; son-in-law, Carl Napora; parents, Nick and Mary Yakubow; sister, Josie Magus; brothers, Frank, Fred, Paul, Steve, and Nick Yakubow. Rosary will be lead on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. followed by a Public Viewing from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036-51 Avenue) in Vegreville, Alberta. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church (5437-43 Street) in Vegreville. Interment to follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery (14611 Mark Messier Trail) Edmonton, Alberta.
