HUTCHINSON, Melvin Leslie June 13, 1929 - October 20, 2009 It is with great sadness the family of Melvin Hutchinson announces his passing at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his loving children. daughters: Sandra (Pete) Hein and Karen (Lloyd) Reid; son, Brian; John (Pat) Podridske and Jim (Carolyn) Podridske; grandchildren: Shannon (Suzanne) Hein, Kevin Hein, Erin, Colleen and Andrew Reid, Michael, Jeffery and Krystal Hutchinson; Jenny and Kim Podridske; great-grandchildren: Tyson and Jersey Taylor, Ian Rose; sisters: Thelma Barnett, Vera Parkinson, Marian Zielsdorf and brother, Vaughn (Jeannette); along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Melvin was predeceased by his wife Gertrude (Trudy) on July 5, 2009; daughter Linda in 1969 and daughter-in-law, Barbara Larson in 2008. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Crestwood Presbyterian Church, 14304-96 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
