Jean Marie RIX

COLLINS, Jean Marie September 21, 1931 ~ October 22, 2009 Jean passed away at Wetaskiwin, Alberta on October 22, 2009 at the age of 78. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Don; sons, Bruce of Edmonton, Brent (Debbie) of Wetaskiwin; daughter, Brenda (Brian) of St. Albert; grandchildren, Dawn Beth (Richard) Wilson of Edmonton, Tamara (Rene) Kremer of St. Albert, Chad Laberge of St. Albert; great-grandsons, Cole and Seamus; siblings, Alton (Leona) Rix of Innisfail, Linda (Bill) Rix-Heise of Mulhurst Bay as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Vernon and Mary Rix; daughter-in-law, Joanne Collins. A Memorial Service will be held at Baker Funeral Chapel, Wetaskiwin on Tuesday, October 27 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations gratefully accepted to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada-Alberta Division, Alzheimer's Society of Alberta or to the Charity of one's choice.
