SPENCER, James Arnold 1917 - 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James "Arnold" Spencer at his home at Berwick on the Lake in Nanaimo, B.C. on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at the age of 91. Arnold was predeceased by his wife Eileen and sisters Helen and Doris. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Marion; son Jim (Patti); daughters Dianne (Chuck) and Joyce (Dick); grandchildren Jackie, Graham, Kim, Katie and Kara. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the Snodgrass Funeral Home in High River, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Published in the Edmonton Journal on 10/23/2009
