SWENSON, Alice August 23, 1936 - October 21, 2009 After a courageous battle with cancer, Alice passed away peacefully. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Sid, daughters; Shelley (Rick) Becker, Terri (Don) Tymchak, grandchildren; David, Stacie, Samantha, and Ami, sister; Anne Lofstrom, brother, Art (Irene) Scott, neice and nephew Holly and Brent Scott, as well as numerous relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton on Tuesday October 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be sent in Alice's name to the Cross Cancer Institute, Alberta Cancer Foundation, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
