Hugh C. Granger KINGSTON, ON - WWII Veteran R.C.A.F Granger, Hugh C., originally from Moncton, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2004 in Kingston, On. Beloved brother of Doug and Rita, Hugh earned "Distinguished Flying Cross" 1939-1945, Aircrew Europe Star & Clasp, Africa Star & Clasp, Defense Medal, War Medal C.V.S.M & Clasp, Operational Wings & Bar, Pilot's Flying Badge. Hugh was member of clubs; Beausejour Curling, Lakeside Golf, 31 Club, Air Force Veteran, 253 Wing, Sargents Mess, No 6 Canadian Legion. Member of Saint-Augustine Catholic Church. After the war, Hugh flew commercial from New York to California, and was manager of Beneficial Finance Co. Hugh lived by strong values of honesty and respect, and will be remembered for his generosity. Prayers and contributions to your loved ones, as Hugh would have wished it.
