EAGAR, Dr. Francis Dr. Francis Albert Eagar of Regina passed away on Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 after a short illness with his Annie by his side. He was predeceased by his father, Dr. F. J. Eagar; his devoted mother, Doris Eagar (nee Elliott) and half brother, Derek. He leaves behind in sorrow his loving wife, Anne; his sons, Frankie and Robert; his half sister, Brenda, her husband, Tony; sister-in-law, Louise and their families in Canada; Anne's brother and his wife, Chas and Carol Forbes and his Elliott cousins in England. Francis served the local community for 22 years as a family physician at University Park Medical Clinic. He will be sadly missed by his colleagues, friends and patients. Francis' life was devoted to his family and practice. In his spare time Francis enjoyed skiing, golf, music and cars. A Celebration of Francis' life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 at All Saints Anglican Church, 142 Massey Rd., Regina, SK. Tea will follow in the church hall. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Saskatchewan Medical Benevolent Society or the Children's Wish Foundation.
