POOL, Charles Earl Bud The family announces Bud's passing on Friday, October 23, 2009 at the Veterans' Wing of the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. Bud was born on April 4, 1917 at Brock, Saskatchewan. He married Shirley Elizabeth Reid on November 2, 1940. Together they raised four children, living in several small Saskatchewan communities before moving to Regina in 1968. Bud worked for the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool from 1937 until his retirement in 1979. Left to cherish his memory and celebrate his love of family are his four children Larry (Sheila) of Stewart Valley, SK, Linda (Barry) Forbes of Tempe, AZ, Valerie and Ron (Tammy) of Regina. He will also be remembered by seven grandsons, two granddaughters and nineteen greatgrandchildren. At Bud's request a PRIVATE MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held. Bud's children appreciate the outstanding and compassionate care he received from the staff on the Vet's Wing. In Bud's memory donations may be made to Unit 3-6 (Veterans' Wing), Wascana Rehabilitation Center, 2180 23 Avenue, Regina, SK S4S 0A5.
