Hillman, Joe February 15, 1912 - October 23, 2009 After hearing the blessings in the light of the Shabbos candles, Joe Hillman, surrounded by his wife, Rhoda, and his children, entered into living memory peacefully and with dignity in their Florida home on October 23, 2009. This special man leaves in the world, the sweet remembrances of his beloved wife, the late Bette (Ingles) Hillman and his adored and loving wife Rhoda Marks. Huge amounts of love are felt by his large legacy of immediate and extended family. Rhoda and Herb Basian and Ellen, Wendy, Karen and Jay and Marta Basian with Ben and Jack; Toddy and Irving Granovsky and Bram Granovsky and Stacey Wintre with Boaz and Shira; David Granovsky and Miray Cheskes Granovsky with Brooke, Joshua, Eden and Alexandra; Shawna Granovsky and Paul Marks with Brent, Courtney, Rory and Zack; Dahra Granovsky and Richard Allen with Jordan, Adam and Ryan; and Liann Granovsky and Daniel Rabinovitch with Jacob, Orly, Nava and Gabriel. Hart and Bonnie Hillman with Samuel and Jacob. Marjorie Marks and Edward Schefen, David Marks with Ramona and Corina, and Robert and Sheri Marks. Special times were shared with his in-laws; his brother Mark Hillman (deceased) and his wife Grace; with Rose and Irving Ingles (deceased) and Murray Ingles (deceased) and with Kenneth and Madeline Abrams and all of their families. Funeral services at Beth Tzedec Synagogue (1700 Bathurst St, south of Eglinton) on October 27, 2009. Interment at Bathrust Lawn Cemetery (6033 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave.), in the Adath Israel Section. Shiva at the home of Toddy and Irving Granovsky, One Caldy Court, Toronto.
