Kenneth Harold HASKELL

HASKELL, Kenneth Harold "Ken" Passed away peacefully on Monday, October 26, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer, in his 82nd year, with his devoted wife and family at his side. Beloved husband of 55 years to Irene Mary Louise (nee Mayrand). Son of the late Millard and Annie Haskell (Nee Hillman). Loving father of Michael (Sharon) of Belle River; Mary Lynn (Scott), of Tecumseh; Mark (Lesley) of London. Cherished Grandpa to Lilly, Holly, Kenny and Hannah Haskell; Cameron, Brandon and Allison Collins, and Megan Haskell. Beloved brother to Lorne, Fern, Elsie, Murray (Judy) Haskell, Eleanor(Melvin) Guy. Predeceased by siblings Lloyd, Hilda, Larry and Alta. Brother-in-law to Yvonne (Don) Lavin, Suzanne, and Kendal. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Kenny was a Chrysler retiree after 30 years of service, was a member of Local 444, and was an active member of Tecumseh United Church. He enjoyed playing cards and cherished spending time with his grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to visit after 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Tecumseh United Church, 333 Lacasse Blvd. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Sharon Willis-Whitwell officiating.
