FRANKLIN, James 'Jim' Gustav On October 27, 2009 Jim Franklin of New Norway passed away at the age of 71 years. Jim is survived by his loving family; wife of 47 years, Arlie; sons, Gordon (Joan) of Millet and Dale (Denise) of New Norway; daughter, Annette Franklin of New Norway; grandchildren, Justinn, Amanda, Klayton and Karly; brothers, Allan and Larry as well as many friends and extended family. Jim was predeceased by his parents, George and Ingrid Franklin. Funeral service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church, 5417 - 40 Avenue, Wetaskiwin on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Lorne Manweiler officiating. Interment will follow at the Nashville Cemetery.Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the charity of the donor's choice.
