William Dargie JAMIESON

JAMIESON, William Dargie Born: October 3, 1934 Died: October 28, 2009 Born in Glasgow, Scotland to William Dargie Jamieson Sr. and Grace Ballintyne (nee) Kinloch, the third of five children. Predeceased by his older siblings Peter Jamieson and Margret Clarkin; and survived by his younger siblings John (Jack) Jamieson and Jessie Graham. The importance of family to Bill is shown by his six children-Christopher, Derek, Scott, Kenneth, Jolane, and Georgia with his first wife Maureen Clark as well as a number of foster children. Bill was predeceased by Maureen and Christopher. Bill was married to Lucille Maisonneuve in 1997 and extended his family with Lucille's children Michelle, Debbie and Jennifer. Bill is survived by Lucille and eight of the children, 29 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Bill's vocational and professional life carried him along diverse path from the early years in the Royal Air Force, the financial industry, private business owner, and much more. Funeral services to be held Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., with viewing one hour prior, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4303-23 Avenue, Edmonton.
