ARMSTRONG, RAY Ray passed away October 22, 2009 at the age of 94. Ray was a resident of Govan district for 92 years and the last 2 years he resided at the Lat Mountain Pioneer Home, Strasbourg. Graveside Service will be held Monday November 2, 2009 at 2 PM in Govan Cemetery. Lunch will follow at the Govan Community Hall. Published in the Regina Leader-Post on 10/30/2009
