NIGRO Italo It is with great sadness that we announce that Italo, born February 19, 1941 in Grimaldi (Cosenza), Italy, passed away with his family by his side October 25, 2009. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Lina; sons Peter and Saverio (Serena); sister-in-law Aurora; niece Maria; nephews Peter and Paolo; and many extended family and friends. Predeceased by parents Pietro and Carmela and brothers Saverio and Antonio. Italo's strong work ethic and charismatic personality will be greatly missed by all. Prayers will be offered at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2009 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver where the Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C.
