DIETZ, Jacob Sr. 100 years, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Franklin Gardens Long Term Care. Beloved husband of Katarina and the late Elizabeth (1981). Dear father of Jacob Jr. and Mary, Lorenz and Katy, the late Adam (1942), Frank, Helmut and Marie. Loving Opa of 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 daughters-in-law, Dorothy, Alice and Colleen, 3 brothers, John, Henry and Adam and 2 sisters, Katarina Buchenauer and Fransiska Faust. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Friday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Jacob's life at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 311 Sherk Street, Leamington on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Daniela Mertz officiating.
