MULKA, Orest Peter Stephen On October 3, 2009, Orest Peter Stephen Mulka passed away at the age of 79 years. Orest is survived by his loving wife, Lessia; loving daughters, Janice (Garth), Judith and Kathy (Allen); step-children, Dorianne (Peter) and Michael; grandchildren, Matthew (Chessa), Kristy, Nicholas, Nadia, Melia and Tiana; brother, Reg (Loretta); sister, Patricia (Andy); his uncle, Dr. Mickey (Olga); Auntie Mary, Auntie Margaret and Auntie Jean; sisters-in-law, Marian (Ed) and Mary (Reverend Alec); brother-in-law, George (Vera); numerous, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his first wife, Olga and parents, Stephen and Pauline. Sincere thanks to the medical staff at the Cross Cancer Institute and the University of Alberta Hospital, Ward 4G4 for their compassionate care. Thank you to family, friends and the Ukrainian Orthodox clergy for their visits, prayers, love and support over the last few months.
