CARLOW, Barbara Jo Anne July 23, 1942 November 1, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a truly selfless woman. Barb touched the lives of everyone she met and will never be forgotten. Anyone that knew her, knew that it was the love for her family that drove her through life, especially her LITTLE STAR" who was the reason for her existence. She is survived by a few close family members, many friends and her dear friend Evelyn.
