GRIFFITHS Judith Anne January 3, 1946 - September 30, 2009 Judy, born in Vancouver and raised in West Vancouver, lived a remarkable life of sustained love and kindness. Her sense of adventure took her to work in the airline industry (Qantas, PWA, Canadian, Air Canada) in Australia, Honolulu, Calgary and Vancouver. Judy was kind, loving, generous, adventurous, courageous, fun and more fun. With these qualities, as well as humor, grace and dignity, Judy met a 10 year struggle with pancreatic cancer to thrive beyond the norm. Her love for daughter Amy and active role with her grandsons sustained Judy through these years. Judy was predeceased by mother Vera Mae, father Lloyd and nephew Jessie. Judy is cherished and lovingly remembered by daughter: Amy (partner Mark Paul), grandsons: Kaiden, Noah, Alijjah, and Mickyle Jude; sister: Nancy and many beloved friends. Her bright smile and loving ways will be deeply missed. Donations in Judy's memory to: Canadian Cancer Society or Abbotsford Hospice Society.
