Denis Wm MURRAY

MURRAY Denis Wm (Den) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Denis W. Murray on October 1, 2009 at 86 years of age. Born in Vancouver on August 2, 1923, Denis served in the RCAF from 1941 to 1945 and spent his working life at CPR/VIA rail. Denis will be sadly missed by June, his wife of 59 years, daughters Marilyn (Bill), Carol (Ray) and Linda (John), and four grandchildren: Russell (Beverly), Wendy, Ryan and Jenna. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Bert and Ken. After retirement, Den enjoyed his cabin in the Cariboo where the family gathered for many happy vacations. A gathering of family and close friends will be held on Saturday, October 17 at 2pm at Burnaby Alliance Church: 8611 Armstrong Ave, Burnaby.
