WEBSTER-PAXTON Sonja Eila November 13, 1935 passed away peacefully on October 3, 2009. Sonja first emigrated from her native Finland to England in 1959 to pursue her nursing career, and where she met her first husband Clive. They both immigrated to Canada in 1966 and settled in North Vancouver. In 1997, Sonja welcomed the Paxton family into her life by marrying her second husband James, who predeceased her in 2004. Sonja was a lover of nature and pets, and enjoyed long walks in the woods with her dog. Sonja will be sadly missed by her son Nigel Webster (and Fiance?e Angie Fritz), step-children April, Malcolm, and James Paxton, and by her grandchildren Joshua Paxton (April) and Abbey Fritz (Angie). Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at 2:00pm on Friday, October 16th, 2009 at First Memorial, Boal Chapel. 1505 Lillooet Road. North Vancouver, B.C. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memoriam to the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia, or a charity of your choice.
