CARLYLE-BELL, Jessie Born April 16, 1918. Jessie passed away peacefully on October 9, 2009. She leaves to mourn her two sons; John of St. Albert and Timothy of Sherwood Park and two granddaughters; Shivone and Kitrina. Family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff at Unit 17 at the Sturgeon Hospital. At Jessie's request there will be no funeral service.
