MacMILLAN - Patricia Anne 1949 - 2009 Trish passed away peacefully on Friday, October 9, with her brother at her bedside. She is survived by her son Jim, daughter Laurie and their families; mother Hilda and father Gord; brothers Barry, David and their families. Many thanks to her palliative home care team in Burnaby; staff at St. Michael's Hospice; all the physicians, nurses and ancillary staff who attended her during her illness. Trish would like to give special thanks to her cousin Jamie; friends Jack, Catherine, Chuck, Todd, Michelle, Linda, Donna and Margaret. She would also like to express deep gratitude to her nieces and nephew: Jennifer, Brendan and Kate. Pat you will be missed greatly, we hope you will rest in peace and joy.
