Carolyn Diane MACHON

MACHON, Carolyn Diane Carolyn Diane Machon, age 44, passed away on November 10, 2008 after a long, courageous battle against breast cancer at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Carolyn's passion for design and color lead her to a successful career in Interior Decorating in both Edmonton and Victoria, Canada. Moved to Seattle, WA 3 years ago for treatment, she turned her focus to spending time with friends, family and her many hobbies. Whether taking friends on guided shopping tours, going to Yoga and Tai Chi classes or taking friends and family to Disneyland, her enthusiasm for life and her undying belief in overcoming cancer never waned. Her compassion and selfless nature left an impression on all those she touched. She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years Frank Rohrschneider; parents, Kenneth and Ollie Machon of Canada; sister, Trish and brother, Gordon of Canada. Her loving pets Truffle, Kenya, Mocha and Java and her many, many loving friends.
