COOPER, Gary Kenneth BASc, LLB, QC Born in Toronto on April 17, 1941. Passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 11, 2009 in Newport Coast, California after a courageous battle with cancer. A successful engineer, lawyer, businessman, real estate developer and farmer, Coop was a self-made man. He loved fishing, riding, fine wine and cooking for good company. He was larger than life and generous to a fault. Beloved husband of Anne Campbell McColl Cooper, adored father of Sarah (Michael Ruscitti), Hilary (Jamie Koshure), Caroline, Michael and proud grandfather of Aria Grace and Georgia Ruscitti. Gary will be fondly remembered by his brothers Bruce and Murray Cooper and by his sister Sharon (Ralph Robbins). Gary will be deeply missed by family and friends.
