Jack Ryan McFarlane Hurst October 6th 9th, 2009 Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 9th at Toronto s Hospital For Sick Children. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Heather McFarlane-Hurst & Ryan Hurst, his grandparents, John and Nel Hurst (Wyoming, ON), and Patti (Thornhill, ON) and the late Sanford McFarlane who will be watching over him. Jack was born at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto and was lovingly cared for at H.S.C. s Critical Care Unit by a very dedicated team of Nurses and Doctors. We would like to especially thank our nurse, Rabekha Walters, who took such incredible care of not only Jack, but the entire family. Her devotion to our son will never be forgotten. Although Jack was with us for such a short and meaningful time, he touched so many hearts and lives. He will be forever loved.
