HORNIBROOK Jack Lyle (DDS)December 2, 1919 - October 13, 2009 Passed away peacefully 2 months short of his ninetieth birthday. Jack was predeceased by his sister Mae and is survived by his loving wife Lillian of 55 years; and his sons, Bob (Judy) and Peter; and an extended family. Jack had a long and distinguished career in dentistry. He was born and lived all of his life in Vancouver. He graduated from the University of Washington dental school in 1950 and practised dentistry in Vancouver until 1999. He loved to travel and see the world with Lillian. A celebration of Jack's life will be held Saturday, October 24, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Faith's Anglican Church, 7284 Cypress St. (at W. 57th Ave), Vancouver. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Vancouver General Hospital Foundation, 855 W. 12th Avenue, Vancouver V5Z 1M9 or St. Faith's Anglican Church Memorial Fund (V6P 5M3), would be appreciated.
