LESIK, Anne On October 15, 2009, Mrs. Anne Lesik of Edmonton, daughter of Michael and Katherine Chwok, passed away at the age of 86 years. Anne will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her nephews, David and Andrew, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John; brothers, Dmytro, Walter, Peter, John, Harry, Stephen and Fred; sisters, Nancy (Holowaty), Dora (Meleshko) and Mary (Bodnar). Prayers, Wednesday, October 21 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 10825 - 97 Street. Divine Liturgy, Thursday, October 22 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral. Very Reverend Gregory Faryna officiating with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery.
