CHOUINARD Marcel John March 14, 1944 - October 12, 2009 Marcel passed away peacefully on October 12, 2009 in Richmond. Marcel was born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and raised in Vancouver, B.C. Marcel had a brief career as a singer in the 60's including performances on CBC TV's "Lets' Go", remember "Louie, Louie". During the 70's he was an announcer for the West Coast Appaloosa Horse Club. He is survived by his sisters; Maureen (Bob) Rollinson and Natalie Chouinard, stepmother Suzanne Chouinard, daughter Ramona (Andy) Williams and granddaughter Santanna (Joe) Andrews. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins, loving friends and bingo buddies. A memorial service will be held on 11:00 a.m., October 24, 2009 at First Memorial Funeral Home, 602 Kingsway, Vancouver, B.C.
