Kathleen Mary TERRELL

MITCHELL Kathleen Mary (nee Terrell) 1931 - 2009 It is with love and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mother on October 9, 2009 at the age of 78. Predeceased by her husband Jack in 1995. She is survived by her son Paul and daughter Gail (Todd), sisters Betty Robertson of Oakville, Ont. and Irene Hardiment, Rexdale, Ont. (Frank), brother-in-law Bill Mitchell (Linda) of Barriere, BC, brother-in-law Paul Mitchell (Becky) of Richmond Hill, Ont. and great-granddaughter Santana as well as many nieces and nephews. Kathy was born and raised in Weston, Ontario and moved back and forth across Canada, eventually settling and residing in Surrey, B.C. Kathy was an active fundraiser for the BC Cancer Society. She will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. In lieu of flowers, a donation to either the Surrey SPCA or The Canadian Cancer Society would be a welcome acknowledgement. The family greatfully acknowledges the staff and care at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Cremation was handled by First Memorial Funeral Services - Fraser Heights.
