BOHACHYK, Daniel On Thursday, October 15, 2009, Mr. Daniel Bohachyk of Edmonton passed away at the age of 86 years. Daniel will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his son, Perry and wife, Emilia; daughter, Shauna and husband, Calvin Batog and their children, Austin and Connor. Daniel also leaves to mourn his twin brother Bill; and a special companion, Ellen McManus; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Marion; parents, Peter and Dora; three brothers, Harry, Nick and Peter and five sisters, Katie, Pauline, Mary, Olga and Anne. Funeral Service Thursday, October 22 at 11:30 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue. Cremation to follow in the Park Memorial Crematorium. Private family inurnment of Daniel's cremated remains to take place at a later date.
