HURLBERT, Hazel Virginia (nee: Bottle) Born November 12, 1947, went into the Lord's arms on October 13, 2009. Mrs. Hazel Virginia Hurlbert, resident of Slave Lake, Alberta, passed away in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 61 years. Mourned by her loving daughter Lisa (Mike) and numerous relatives and friends. Predeceased by father Lawrence Bottle, mother Virginia Green, dad Gerald Green, Kookum and Mooshum. Funeral Services will be held from St. Peter Celestin Catholic Church in Slave Lake, Alberta on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Jeyapaul officiating.
