Betty Elaine DOERR

FISH, Betty Elaine (nee Doerr) 82 years, peacefully at Heron Terrace on October 19, 2009. Together again with her beloved husband Art (2003). Loving mother of David and his wife Sandi, Debbie Briscoe and her husband Bob and Darlene Cameron and her husband David. Dearest Grandma of Bryan and Darryl Fish, Adam, Matthew and Graham Briscoe and Lindsy and Allison Fish and her companion Phil Buttery. Betty will be missed by her extended family at Heron Terrace, especially the staff of Birdsview. She will also be missed by her four legged pals "Ollie', "Cheddar" and "Max (especially at treat time). Betty was a long-time active member of the former Christ Lutheran Church, and more recently a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was an avid knitter and she loved spending time at her cottage at Lurgan Beach. Betty will surely be missed by all that knew her. Friends may call at the Walter D. (252-5711) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday October 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Mike Lees officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
