Elle était la meilleure amie, épouse et partenaire de Guy Demers; mère bien-aimée, adorée et mentore de Christine Demers et Anique Simpson (Adam); grand-maman entièrement dévouée de Zoë et Loïc Romanica ainsi que de Jake et Sean Simpson; fille de feu honorable Jean T. Richard, Q.C., M.P., et de Margaret (née Maloney); soeur de l'honorable John Richard, Dr Michael T. Richard, Maria Richard, Pierre Richard, Q.C., Thomas Richard et Adele Richard; chère tante de Marc et Natalie. Son attitude positive, son amour de l'enseignement et sa jovialité seront regrettés par tous ceux et celles qu'elle a touchés. À la demande de la famille, il n'y aura pas de visites. Un service religieux sera célébré à l'église catholique romaine Ste-Geneviève, 825 av. Canterbury, Ottawa, le lundi 9 novembre à 11 heures. Daughter of the late Hon. Jean T. Richard, Q.C., M.P., and Margaret (nee Maloney). Sister of the Hon. John Richard, Dr. Michael T. Richard, Maria Richard, Pierre Richard, Q.C., Thomas Richard and Adele Richard. Dear Aunt to Marc and Natalie. Her positive attitude, love of teaching and cheer will be sadly missed by all those she touched. At the request of the family there will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Genevieve Roman Catholic Church, 825 Canterbury Avenue, Ottawa, on Monday, November 9 at 11 am.
