CAMPBELL, Phyllis Passed away the morning of October 31st, 2009, at the FortSaskatchewan Health Centre after a short battle with pneumonia. Phyllis's brother Roy predeceased her just a month earlier on September 30. She is survived by many relatives, including Roy's wife, Ena Campbell, whom Phyllis had introduced to Roy; nephew, Delton (Donna) Campbell, and niece, Nancy (Rick) Lawrence as well as Delton and Nancy's children, Emily, Duncan, Mackenzie, Patrick, and Andrew. Phyllis was born in Vegreville, and lived on the family farm while growing up. She left Vegreville to teach school in various rural Alberta locations, ultimately teaching in Edmonton until her retirement. Phyllis lived on an acreage near Sherwood Park, in the home that her parents Roy and Kathleen Campbell had built and lived in. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 4th, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Salisbury United Church, 2 Mission Street in Sherwood Park.
