Julia Emma Daku December 17, 1916 October 31, 2009 On Saturday, October 31, 2009, Julia Emma Daku, beloved wife of Alex Daku, Kipling, Sask., died at the age of 92 years. The funeral service will be held in the Bekevar Presbyterian Church, Kipling, Sask., on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. With Ivy Veysey officiating. Interment in the Bekevar Cemetery. Predeceased by son-inlaw, Leslie Toth and infant granddaughter, Noreen Jean Pearson, three brothers, Dan, John and Joe Doka, and one sister, Mary Meszaros. Besides her husband, Julia is survived by her two daughters, Jeanette Toth, Regina, Sask., and Doreen Daku, Gravelbourg, Sask.; grandchildren, Paul Toth, Ilona Logan, Blain (Nadine) Bandura, and Neil (Donna) Bandura, great grandchildren, Daniel and Kamryn, Kayline and Kobi, Montana, Terilynn and Jeanna-Lee, one sister, Emily Gaszo, Abbottsford, B.C., one sister-in-law, Julia Doka, Kipling, Sask., as well as her nieces and nephews.
