PREST, Harold Reginald November 15, 1941 - November 22, 2004 Peacefully, in his sleep at the Kingston General Hospital. Known and respected by many through his work in Belleville and Kingston at Beckers, Kwik-Shoppe and most recently Quik Chek. He wa s able to make friends with everyone. Survived by his wife of 40 years Marion, his daughter Debbie and son Ray. Predeceased by his parents Clayton and Beatrice (Prest). Loved by five sisters Thelma Goodfellow (Harvey), Shirley Black (Lorne), Isabelle Brennan (Ralph), Dianne Ray (the late Dennis), Linda Gonsolus (Bill) and his brother Elmer (Sharron) and many other relatives in Canada and the United States. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 435 D avis Drive on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in our chapel on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Cremation. Reception to follow. A special thank you to the nurses on Connell 9 and Kidd 6. Donations in Harold's name to Kingston Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
