FANO, William It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, William Fano on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his loving family, wife of 54 years, Judith; three daughters, Susan Marsden, Patty Blakney, and Terry Kochut; three grandchildren, Collin Marsden, Shannon and Shawn Blakney; and two great-grandchildren, Caitlin Marsden and Julian New; one brother, Dave (Gail); two sisters, Kay Resvick and Barb Johnson; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Fano and Carolina Fano; as well as other family and friends. Predeceased by three brothers and one sister. A Celebration of William's Life will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Chalmer's Castledown United Church Building Fund.
