McKay It is of great sadness that we announce the passing of Matthew Troy McKay on October 30, 2009. Matthew was predeceased by his grandparents, Clifford and Marion Taypotat, Allan and Helen McKay and his adopted sister Samantha Thomson. He is survived by his son Kayson Chase McKay; his mother Bridgette McKay (Karl); with her children Jocelynn, Tariah, Tonya, Cassidy and Chase; father, Wesley Taypotat and his children, Jorey and Wesley Taypotat, Lucina Star and Colby Pellitier; great grandmother Grace Bear and grandfather Robert Bear and grandmother Brenda McKay; also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Matthew was also survived by his adopted parents, Orval and Cathy Bear with children Valerie, OJ (Shyann), Kirby (Chasity), Rebecca (Leland), Kayla (Moe), Caine, Emerald, Sheyleena, August, Lucas and Hunter.
