Blair Harry BAILEY

BAILEY , Blair Harry June 21, 1945 - November 3, 2009 Blair Harry Bailey, born June 21, 1945 in Hamiota, Manitoba, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Blair was the beloved partner and buddy of Marjorie Fujino for twenty-two years. He will be lovingly remembered by Rhonda (Ian Sanft) and Jennifer (Jeff Dixon) and "Pops" will be dearly missed by grandchildren Lauren and Megan. Blair loved his golf, winning tournaments and making many friends at Valley Ridge and Lynx Ridge. Blair worked at Continental Bank (now HSBC), Canadian Western Natural Gas, and most recently with Revenue Canada. He will be remembered as an honest and hard-working man, appreciated for his directness and understated sense of humor. Blair is survived by his brothers, Wayne (Sylvia), Glenn, and Kim; and sisters, Gail Price and Lynn (Gerry Smith). He will be deeply missed by Grandma Yoshiko Higa, many extended family members, friends, golf buddies, co-workers, and of course Freddy and Misu. Deepest thanks to Dr. Karen Rimmer and Units 54 and 39 of the Peter Lougheed and Dr. Paul Boitreau and Unit 61 and Critical Care of the Foothills Hospital.
