GULYAS , Elizabeth Rose (nee Sari) January 30, 1923 - November 1, 2009 Elizabeth Rose Gulyas, dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Elizabeth was born in Satoraljaujhely, Hungary in 1923 and immigrated to Canada as a young girl in 1935. Elizabeth was devoted to her Catholic faith and will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. Our Prayer for You, Mom You are a blessing from up above, Giving us strength and unconditional love Elizabeth is survived by her beloved five children, Jim (Margaret), Betty (Ron), Shirley (Mike), Margie (Les) and Steve (Venus); eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and sister Magdaline of Waterloo, ON. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband of fifty-six years, Geza. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church (819 - 13 Avenue S.W.) today, November 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
