Freida Norine OLSON

Freida Norine Murray passed away peacefully on November 4, 2009. Freida was born in Walpole to parents Carl Johann & Emma Olson, and was predeceased by her brothers Clifford & Milton and sister Loleta Silvius, husbands Stan Bowes and Howard Murray and son David Bowes. A loving mother and Mama to son Warren (Mary) Bowes and their children Dale (Candace), Alan, Karen (Brian) Bonkowski, and Kevin (Laura). David's children Jeff (Arnolda), Kelly (Bruce) Wilton, Kimberly (David) Duke and their mother Dianne Olvera. Daughter, Norine (Don) Morrison and their children Nathan (Desiree), Bronwyn, Donnelyn and Kieran. Also left to remember Freida's memory are her fourteen great grandchildren, her sisterin-law Alice Bowes, her special nieces Beth Baran, Bonnie Bowes and nephew Edward Bowes. Freida completed her career at Muchmore Lodge in Regina after dedicating herself to the care of others in several nursing homes and hospitals. Freida will be remembered as a strong, hard-working, creative woman who loved to read and always enjoyed a game of bridge with her friends. A family interment will take place in Walpole at a later date. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Sunset Extendicare for their compassion and care.
