RIPPON Thomas Donald August 30, 1923 - November 1, 2009 Tom passed away, on his own terms, at the age of 86 years after 2 1/2 months in Lions Gate Hospital. He is predeceased by his dear wife, Sally, and his brother, Al. He is survived by his children, Kathy (Gary), Tom (Maureen), Bruce (Alison) and three grandchildren, Christian, David and Erica. He will be remembered as a loving father, true friend and gifted athlete, having lived the majority of his life on his beloved North Shore and as a proud member of the Capilano Golf and Country Club.
