Walter ROLLS

ROLLS, Walter March 11, 1926 October 29, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Dad, Walter Rolls, on October 29, 2009 at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. Walter is predeceased by his wife, Eleanor; Survived by his children, Kathy (Robin), Bill (Caytie), Ann; grandchildren Robert, Marie, Mandy, Karlee; greatgrandchildren Abbey and Carmella; and his cat Kitty-Kat. Walter drove trucks all his life (logging, gravel, car hauling). He built many homes; nearly all the homes he lived in. Walter served in the Merchant Navy in World War II; was a member of Malahat Masonic Lodge for nearly 50 years; and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion (Duncan Branch). A special thanks to the Duncan Dialysis, the Renal Department at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Dr. G. Hargrove, and Dr. A. Thompson.
