SMITH, Donald Farley May 22, 1954 October 31, 2009 You take a long walk to get where you're going You take a long pause to make sure you're there You take a good look at your surroundings No Fear, No Fear Donald Farley Smith After a lengthy illness Donny passed away on Hallowe'en morning 2009. He was predeceased by his loving and lovely mother Dorine, and is survived by Dad Oscar (Wynona); brothers Pete, Robert (Karen) and Danny (Cathy); sisters Colleen (Adrie), Cara (David), Patti (Tim), Bonita and Sandra (Richard); estranged but loved daughter Sarah, and many nieces and nephews. For their care and assistance to Don over the past 14 months his family would like to extend their thanks and heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Morgan Price and the staff at the Victoria Cool Aid Health Centre, Rosemarie and co-workers at Royal Oak Home & Community Care, the excellent doctors, nurses and technicians at the Vancouver Island Cancer Centre and the wonderful doctors, nurses, therapists and volunteers at Victoria Hospice. At Don's request there will be no service. The family would like to invite friends and family to an open house at 5222 Beryl St. on Saturday, November 7th from 1 PM to 3PM.
