BARTLEY , Jack Arthur 1948 - 2009 It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Jack, on October 29 at home in Shawnigan Lake, BC. He will be sadly missed by his wife of thirty-seven years Joyce; daughter Kerri (Webb); son J. (Tirzah); grandchildren Cassidy, Logan, Chase, Sydney and Avery; his three sisters Barb, Bonnie (Richard), Bev (Al) and several nieces and nephews. Jack spent his early childhood on Vancouver Island and the next forty-nine years living and working in Calgary. It was always his dream to return to the Island, which came true two years ago. Jack will be remembered for his love of animals, deers and beers. At his request, there will be no formal Service held at this time. A private gathering will be held at a later date.
