HORWATH, Frederick Born April 23, 1923 passed away peacefully on November 5, 2009 at the age of 86years. Predeceased by his wife Susanna (Nee Bitermann) (1999). Loving father to Oscar Horwath, Lothar Horwath and Orlanda and husband Douglas Marentette. Cherished grandfather to Rod Marentette, Nicole McLean, Shane Horwath. Dear great opa to Tyler, Cody, Jacob, Brittney and Riley. Dear brother of Theresa, Mary, Elizabeth, Katie and Annie and predeceased by brothers Peter, Adam, and Florian. Frederick was a tailor for many years. Mr. Horwath was a member of the Knights of Columbus Bishop T. Kidd Council #4924, a 4th Degree Member of the Dean Langlois Assembly and a member of the Catholic Men's Society at St. Michael's Church. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 8 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 9:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Michael's German Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
