McINTOSH, Donald Dr. Donald McIntosh passed away peacefully at Misericordia Hospital, on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at the age of 72 years, after a courageous battle with progressive supranuclear palsy. Donald is lovingly remembered by his children Anne, Gina, Daryl, Don Jr; and their mother Dr. Heather Penney; siblings Ken (Jean), Darlene Borden, Maxine (Ed) Kadwell, Ann (Elmer) Hovland, Bev (Luigi) Lise and Neil (Kathy) as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by his father Mike, mother Ruth and brothers Hardy and Doug. Cremation has taken place, and Don will be laid to rest next to his family in Glenside Cemetery.
