ZINCHUK, John Daniel On November 4, 2009, Mr. John Daniel Zinchuk of Edmonton passed away at the age of 50 years. John is survived by his loving family; mother, Olga Zinchuk of Edmonton; Andy (Joan) Zinchuk of Sherwood Park, Susan (Orest) Romaniuk of Edmonton, Orest (Christine) Zinchuk of Edmonton and Nadia Zinchuk of Calgary; seven nieces and nephews, Mark, Michael, Matthew, Alana, Larysa, Ewan and Lauren; also survived by extended relatives and many friends. John was predeceased by his father, William on November 10, 2004. John's family would like to thank the team of physicians and staff on Unit 5F4 at the University of Alberta Hospital.
