Janine WOOD

BOLAND, Janine (nee Wood) 1929 - 2009 Janine passed away on November 4 in Pointe Claire after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Janine ws born in France. Daughter of George E. Wood and Yvonne Forget Wood. Janine worked at Lakeshore General Hospital for more than twenty years as a social worker. She was a caring and compassionate woman who always put others first, she will be missed by those who knew her. Janine was sister to the late Monique Masson and Dr. George Wood. She is survived by her sister Lillian Simms, children Peter, John and Michele Boland, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by devoted friends J. Karjala and Ilene Wallace. Funeral service followed by a reception will be held on Wednesday, November 11 at 11 a.m. at: Mount-Royal Funeral Complex 1297 chemin de la Foret, Outremont, Quebec (514) 279-6540.
